There is a lot that goes into organizing a wedding. Here is a selection of the work that I as a Wedding Planner will carry out for you:

Assist in choice of wedding style and/or theme and make a mood board
Give advice on how to make a guest list and guest numbers
Recommend, visit and book locations
Make a daily schedule
Recommend suppliers and request quotes
Give advice on the design and text of all printed matter (save-the-dates, invitations, menus, etc.)
Keep track of the RSVPs and answer any questions from guests
Prepare the ceremony seating arrangement ceremony and dinner table arrangement
Arrange overnight stays
Detailed drawing up of a script for the wedding day
On the wedding day I fulfill the role of master of ceremonies
